Registration and Pantry Hours: Tuesdays between 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Purpose of the food bank: To provide canned and other non-perishable food items to Stephens County households in
need of temporary nutritional assistance, especially to families with minor children and the elderly.
Eligibility: To receive assistance a household representative will need to provide: personal identification, social security
card, proof of address (utility bill, rent receipt, etc.) and complete an application form.
For each additional household member, the household representative will also need to provide:
social security cards and proof of address for other household members over age 18.
Only social security cards will be required for children under age 18.
Lastly, there is a requirement that total monthly household income cannot exceed the sum of $1,245
plus adding an additional $434 for each additional household member.
Once the registration process has been completed, the household representative will be eligible to
obtain food items on any Tuesday, once a month for one year, with just their personal ID.
